I see this with rf 7.5.1 on Linux and Windows. To be on the save side: what do I wrong?

." isn't defined as a macro.

Try this:

: ." " $,  ['] type compile ;
forth
: foo ." test..." cr ;

I'll consider adding a ." macro in 7.6-beta2 if enough people want it...
